*He actually wrote “aru aru tankentai” which is referring to a Japanese comedy duo called ‘Regular’ who have a signature gag, the ‘aru aru tankentai’ routine, which translates to “the ‘It Happens’ Expedition” where they just make jokes about things that happen in every day life (kind of in the style of “you know that moment when…”, I think, but I’ve never watched it so I’m not sure).
